Administrative Assistant (part-time)
Job details:
A new role has become available supporting the fundraising team at Collabonations Limited. We are small team that work with charities to help them secure funding for their vital work. Our main client is the largest provider of accommodation and services for women experiencing homelessness in London. This new position is home based, with flexible working hours being available for the right candidate. In your role you will provide administration support to our small fundraising team to help them with securing funding from grant-making trust and foundations.
Duties will include:

Prospect research of new grant-making trusts and foundations using various databases to identify funding opportunities.

Providing clear details and information of potential funders to our fundraising team to enable them to make applications for support

Supporting the team with updating the website and marketing materials

Helping to create progress reports and gathering/collating impact information

Sending exploratory emails to potential supporters and qualifying leads
-
Database entry and maintaining records

Helping to organise diaries and key calendar dates
-
Handling various Communications including letters and emails
The successful candidate will possess:
-
Proven admin or assistant experience
-
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
-
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritise work
-
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Strong organisational and planning skills
-
Proficient in MS Office
-
At least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area
Working hours and benefits:

Initially 15 hours per week. Potential for this to be increased for the right candidate.

Flexibility on when hours can be worked

Working from home available

Entry into the workplace pension scheme

You may be required to attend site visits in London occasions. This will be no more than 12 visits during a calendar year.
